Hello there ! Just a quick post.

Worrying about finals !

It has been ages since our last post. Credits to Ammar for posting a lot here. Kudos to you brother!

I'm here just to congrats and wish goodluck to all students in the world who've just finished their 2nd semester studies, and now getting ready for finals. Finals? Haha. May the odds be ever in our favor. :)

Event day!! 15/5/2014

Hye there! last Thursday, 15/5/2014 our group had created an event that took place at Tadika Ilham Sarjana, Parit Raja. The purpose of this event was to tell the children about the importance to keep our rivers clean. We called our event "Project Clean and Clear Jr". We arrived at the venue around 9.15 a.m. We introduced ourselves to the staffs there and told them about our activities that we prepared for the children. Then, we met the teachers and we asked them for the permission to carry on the class with our activities. The teachers granted it and we did the activities according to the plan. The teachers divided the children into 3 groups according to their age. Shafiq took charge in the group of 4 years old children, Farid in the group of 6 years old children and me, Ammar in the group of 5 years old children. These are some pictures about our activities. Project Discussion 15/4/2014

During the Effective Communication class we discussed about our upcoming project. First, our lecturer guided us on how to do the second minute of meeting. After that, we reviewed about our last minute of meeting and then proceed to the project discussion. Starting of the discussion, our chairman, Amirul Adlan asked for our opinions about the title, objective and other activities for our upcoming project. 

Farid listed down all the opinions that we gave on a whiteboard so we can took a good look at our given 

opinions.

Each of us have been appointed a role of the project as follow :

- Amirul Adlan as the Project Manager

- Syafiq as the Assistant Manager

- Farid as the Secretary

- Kae Leh as the Photographer

- Ammar as the Blog Master

Our lecturer took a few minutes gathered all the project managers from each group and  gave a talk about the upcoming project.

Lastly, we decided to do our project at a kindergarten to expose to the younger generation about the adverse effect of water pollution.

Each of our group member gave an excellent cooperation in this discussion.
Looking forward to the upcoming meeting for more discussions.

Brainstorming : Episode 2

For the second week of our fabulous blog, Waterlogy would like to add yet another post for last week. But first, a joke.

Teacher: “Winnie, name one important thing we have today that we didn’t have ten years ago.”

Winnie: “Me.”

Hehe.

Back to our mission, as we, Waterlogy is on full ahead with our blog project as we need to keep updating this fabulous blog. Having said that, just a quick recap of what happen last week during class is that we were discussing about MH370, sad indeed and pray we must for the best of MH370. Other than that, we watched an episode of The Apprentice, it was interesting ! We all enjoyed it and hope for more in the future.

As such, we were to construct the best qualities to manage a project. As for us, typically, a leader need to be fair, need to understand the situation and goals and many more. For the other groups, these are their mind-map.

To exchange ideas and expand our knowledge about mananging a project, we share these to the rest of the internet. We personally came up with a conclusion that, big or small, it is important to do the best.

Brainstorming ＼（＠￣∇￣＠）／

Yesterday, during the effective communication class we brainstormed about our topic to find the solution to our problem. All of our group members were took part in the brainstorming process and they cooperate with each other very well.

We use a FILA table to find solutions to our problem. By using FILA table, we listed all the facts that we can get, ideas, learning issues and actions that we will take to solve our problem. Below is our group's FILA table.

In the mean time, we also took pictures of other groups' FILA tables. You can see that there are various type of problems that our classmates try to solve. We will try our best to solve these issues.
